Commercial Construction Superintendent

We are looking for the best Superintendents to join growing operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Field Operations, you will have direct overall leadership and on-site supervision for a range of commercial construction projects encompassing New Construction and Tenant Improvements for: Corporate Interiors, Financial, Hospitality, Office, and Healthcare project.

Candidate Skills, Experience, and Background:

• Must have a stable career history delivering commercial projects from start to finish.
• References are required from previous employers.
• Must have experience as a Superintendent managing Commercial Ground-Up and Interiors projects.
• Must be able to think on their feet, possess intellect & emotional intelligence, and can manage their project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Must understand and demonstrate capabilities of managing the nuances of a project including such things as: Safety Briefs, Scheduling, Subcontractor Management, etc.

Job Responsibilities and Expectations:

• The Superintendent will be responsible for managing a wide range of commercial construction projects ranging from $500,000 – $25,000,000.
• This individual will be required to read and analyze blueprints, schedules, and basic computer systems.
• This person will be supported by the Superintendents, Project Managers, and General Superintendent with the intent of this individual operating and growing into a high performing Superintendent.

Compensation Package

• Competitive Base Salary starting between $90,000 - $130,000
• Multiple Bonuses totaling $15,000 - $25,000

• Per Diem and lodging for out of area projects
