What You'll Do:
As a Restaurant General Manager , you’ll operate your location as a true Managing Partner —leading day-to-day restaurant operations, mentoring your management team, and creating a culture of excellence on every shift. You'll also take the lead in local marketing and community engagement to help drive sales and profits while coaching your team for success.
You’re a great fit if you:
· Have 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
· Bring strong operational skills, including kitchen leadership, P&L management, sales forecasting, staffing, and food safety
· Enjoy developing people and building strong teams
· Have a creative approach to local marketing and community involvement
· Are known for delivering exceptional guest experiences through hands-on leadership
· Lead by example, inspire others, and challenge yourself to improve every day
