We’re hiring a strong, experienced General Manager to lead one of the most recognized and fast-moving quick-service restaurant (QSR) brands in Sussex County . If you're currently in a GM role — or have been recently — and you're ready for a new opportunity where your leadership can make a real impact, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant
• Lead, coach, and develop your team — from shift leads to crew
• Manage labor, food cost, and P&L performance
• Ensure excellent guest experiences and operational execution
• Handle hiring, scheduling, inventory, and compliance
• Create a winning team culture with energy, accountability, and care

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
• Must currently be a GM or have held a GM role recently
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage both front and back of house
• Passion for team development and guest service
• Must be able to pass a background check
