Overview Experienced Project Manager II — US Remote Deltek Professional Services seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead ERP implementation projects and consulting services. This role involves providing expertise, guidance, and leadership to clients and project teams. Position Responsibilities Lead and coordinate mid-size to large ERP projects from initiation to delivery. Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and budget. Manage risks, issues, and changes effectively. Monitor project deliverables and maintain continuous communication with team members. Prepare and present progress reports, highlighting risks and changes. Ensure adherence to Deltek Implementation Methodology. Prioritize tasks and focus on operational excellence. Allocate resources in collaboration with Consulting Managers. Serve as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring all targets are met. Communicate with all levels of client organizations (C-Suite, VPs, PMs, Technical Leads). Develop and update project plans using appropriate tools. Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and financial status. Follow Deltek processes and use tools like Jira, MS Projects, Excel, and Qlikview/PowerBI. Drive the development, implementation, and management of PMO Governance, processes, and procedures. Qualifications MBA, M.A., or M.Sc. in Business, International Marketing, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field. Extensive experience can offset the need for a Masters-level degree. Bachelor's degree is an essential requirement. 5-7 years of experience in project management primarily in IT Software implementation, preferably in client-facing ERP implementation projects. Project Management certification preferred (Prince2, PMP or equivalent). Flexibility to work across different time zones (EMEA, US, and potentially other regions). Ability to manage a portfolio of medium and large projects across multiple product areas. Strong time-management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to resolve problems promptly and escalate issues when necessary. Knowledge of business, technological, and competitive trends. Understanding of technical, cost, risk, and business implications of decisions. Compensation Information The U.S. salary range for this position is $81,500.00 - $163,000.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience into consideration when determining individual base pay. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity. Benefits and perks may vary depending on employment type.
