Power BI Data Analyst – Your Foot in the Door to Real Business Impact

Location: Chicago, IL (Office near O’Hare International Airport – hybrid)

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage Power BI dashboards that power real-time decision making.
• Connect data across departments — Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations.
• Spot trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities before anyone else sees them.
• Help automate and improve reporting processes across the firm.
• Present insights that actually change how the business operates.

What You Bring

• 2–4+ years of experience with Power BI, SQL, Excel, and similar analytics tools.
• A curious, entrepreneurial mindset — you ask “why,” not just “what.”
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to non-technical teams.
• Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow your role.
