We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Welder to join our growing production team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in precision, quality craftsmanship, and building equipment used in the food service industry.

Key Responsibilities

Perform TIG/MIG welding on stainless-steel components to meet sanitary food-grade standards

Interpret blueprints, layouts, and work orders to achieve precise specifications

Cut, trim, grind, and shape metal parts with accuracy

Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

Support production needs and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

✅ 2–4+ years of TIG/MIG welding experience (stainless steel preferred)

✅ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings & blueprints

✅ Strong English communication skills (read/write/speak)

✅ Previous experience in food manufacturing/equipment is a plus

✅ Must be able to pass a welding test

✅ Ability to work overtime as needed
