Role Description

This job is 24-34 hours per week. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointment scheduling, handling phone calls with professionalism, and performing general receptionist duties. Additional tasks include maintaining an organized medical office environment and utilizing knowledge of medical terminology to support administrative and front-desk operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and managing patient flow efficiently
• Strong Phone Etiquette and communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and general front-office responsibilities
• Familiarity with Medical Terminology to assist with documentation and communication
• Understanding of Medical Office procedures and administrative tasks
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Previous experience in a medical setting is preferred
