Machine Operator 
Location:  Ripon, WI
Shift: 1st (7am-7pm; Monday-Thursday)
Pay: $21/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate food production machinery efficiently and safely.
• Monitor equipment to ensure it is functioning properly.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues.
• Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine checks and analysis to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting, preferably in food production.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to recognize when a machine is not working correctly.
• Ability to make necessary machine adjustments to improve performance.
• Good work history with a track record of reliability and commitment.
• Understanding of safety and food manufacturing standards.
• Mechanical aptitude and keen attention to detail.
