SALARY REQUIREMENTS Candidates are invited to submit their salary expectations along with their application. The compensation for this role will be competitive and is aligned with industry standards, taking into consideration factors such as experience, education, and geographic location. The base salary range for this position is $129,000 to $160,000 (USD), exclusive of any discretionary bonuses and benefits. JOB DESCRIPTION MissionEdge Technologies is seeking a Splunk Developer who has experience with creating and customizing applications and solutions in the Splunk platform. In this role you will develop new functionalities, create visualizations, develop REST endpoints, design and implement custom dashboards, collect data, reports, and alerts to provide real time data. Minimum Required Qualifications: * Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.
* Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph
* Experience with IT Services Management program
* Exposure to monitoring tools, reading logs.
* Able to create documentation
* Process improvement experience.
* Knowledge of Spunk.
* Ability to troubleshoot in the Splunk database.
* Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments. Working Conditions: Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager. Physical Requirements: May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday. Background Screening/Check/Investigation: Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.
