Overview Freelance Copywriter for a Fashion Brand $50.00 - $60.00 per hour / 20-40 hours per week Location: 100% remote About the role A trendy fashion retailer specializing in feminine clothing, accessories, and jewelry for the modern woman is looking for an aligned copywriter. The company brand is known for its eclectic style, high-quality products, and dedication to helping women express their individuality. Responsibilities Write high-quality, engaging copy for various marketing channels, including product descriptions, social media, email campaigns, and blog posts Develop a deep understanding of our brand voice, tone, and style, and apply it across all content Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that drive sales and brand awareness Conduct research to stay up-to-date on fashion trends, industry developments, and consumer preferences Edit and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency Required Skills 5+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in the fashion industry Strong portfolio showcasing your writing style and versatility Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Deep understanding of fashion terminology and trends Ability to capture the brand's unique voice and tone Strong research skills and ability to stay current on industry developments Experience with SEO principles and keyword research a plus Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS) Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team Qualifications Experience writing for a fashion or lifestyle brand Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation best practices Familiarity with content calendar management and planning Application To apply, please submit your resume and portfolio link/case studies for immediate consideration.
