About the Role The Cash Applications Specialist will ensure the accurate and timely application of customer payments across multiple entities, helping maintain clean A/R records and support strong cash flow management. You’ll work closely with the Collections, Billing, and Accounting teams to research discrepancies, reconcile unapplied cash, and contribute to process improvement initiatives as Altus scales rapidly. What You’ll Do Apply daily customer payments (ACH, wire, check, credit card) to open invoices in NetSuite . Reconcile remittance advice with billing schedules and contracts. Research unapplied cash, short pays, and payment discrepancies; resolve issues with internal teams and customers. Maintain daily cash logs and assist with month-end reconciliations. Prepare and distribute daily cash posting and performance reports. Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in cash applications or accounts receivable , ideally in a service-based or multi-entity environment. NetSuite experience is required.
