Job Description

RemX is Hiring for Inbound Call Center Representatives in Miramar and Plantation, FL with potential to become permanent.

Location: Fully onsite


Pay: $17/hr and $18/hr for bilingual candidates (English/Spanish)


Hours: Multiple day and evening shifts available between 9:30am-11pm (Will require at least ONE WEEKEND DAY)


Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Inbound calls only
• Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
• Provide education and status on previously submitted pre authorizations or pre determination requests
• Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance

Requirements:

• 1 year of customer service experience with the same company
• High School diploma
• Goal-driven and detail oriented
