A private couple on the Upper East Side is seeking a top-notch part-time or full-time personal assistant. The hours will vary week-to-week but a full-time schedule would include about 40 hours between Monday and Friday. If someone is part-time, the minimum hours would be 20 per week. Occasional flexibility outside of those hours and a 24/7 mentality will be necessary. Candidates must be local to New York or the tri-state area.

Responsibilities

• Plan and book domestic and international travel including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries
• Bill pay in coordination with the family office
• Health insurance submissions
• Stocking the home with groceries and other household supplies
• Assisting with the family's secondary home in Long Island as needed
• Coordinate multiple calendars
• Handle various errands, such as sending and retrieving packages, and making returns
• Research and present information upon request
• Managing vendors and projects in the home

• Flexible and easy-going with a "no job too small attitude"
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• "Can do" attitude, problem ownership and creativity in problem solving
• Exceptional organization skills; ability to juggle multiple, sometimes competing, priorities seamlessly
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Unwavering professionalism, absolute discretion, and exceptional judgment
• High level of emotional intelligence
• Ability to take direction well but also work independently when necessary

Requirements

• US work authorization
• Local to New York or the tri-state area
• High-tech computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Apple products, finance apps etc.)
• Willing to sign an NDA
• Stellar long-term references (only candidates with long-term experience will be considered for this role)

Salary and Benefits

• $75,000 to $130,000/year for full time
• $40-65/hour for part-time
• Health insurance reimbursement
