Job Description:

Job Summary:

• We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI, and Gemini models to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI solutions.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with data engineering, product, and business teams to implement GenAI use cases, LLM pipelines, and scalable ML workflows on GCP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML applications using Vertex AI, including model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.
• Build and integrate Gemini models (Gemini 1.5, 1.0, Flash, Pro, Ultra) into business workflows and applications.
• Develop secure, scalable LLM architectures on GCP using services like Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage.
• Create and manage MLOps pipelines using Vertex AI Pipelines, Model Registry, Feature Store, and CI/CD tools.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities, create POCs, and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize model performance, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and vector search using Vertex AI Search & Vector Database.
• Implement security, governance, and compliance best practices for AI workloads on GCP.
• Monitor model performance, drift, and operational metrics in production.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, GenAI development, or cloud-based ML solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Vertex AI, including:
• Model training & tuning
• Vertex AI Studio / Generative AI Studio
• Vertex AI Agents
• Pipelines, Registry, Feature Store
• Experience working with Gemini models for chat, multimodal, RAG, and automation use cases.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX preferred).
• Deep understanding of GCP services (BigQuery, GCS, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, IAM, Pub/Sub).
• Experience implementing vector search, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring concepts.
